ABOUT THE JAMAICAN MAGAZINE
THE JAMAICAN Collector’s Edition Series is a contemporary magazine, which proudly presents the best of Jamaica in print. For 2010, for the first time, we introduce an online version of the publication, targeting a global market. This year we also launch our Art Magazine, showcasing Jamaican art and enhancing our suite of Jamaican publications.
VISUAL JOURNEY: OUT OF MANY, ONE ART
In 2007 we published THE ART ISSUE, our first art-inspired magazine. It was a tremendous success. We followed up with THE CERAMIC ISSUE. Readers, we discovered want more, more often – so we have decided to publish a special art magazine three times a year.
We introduce THE JAMAICAN Art Magazine – offering a print and online version.
We’ll take you on a visual journey - join us as we interview artists across the island, tour studios, talk to collectors and view some amazing private and public collections, visit exhibitions and galleries, reveal fascinating stories on Jamaica’s art history…Within the magazine Artpages will be compiled and developed as your one-stop source reference on Jamaican artists.
